The Kentshire is beautifully maintained. The grounds and the building are kept clean and neat. The maintenance and cleaning staff are working daily to keep the place a nice Place to live. The residents that live in this community are very friendly. There are lots of activities that you can do if you want to - book club, monthly birthday parties, art shows, the weekly rosary. It's a nice place.

The Kentshire is a very nice 55+ apartment house. The staff is extremely friendly and responsive to any questions or problems that may arise. The neighbors are friendly and the Leasing office organizes some nice social events. The residents also form their own groups like knitting and book clubs. There is a communal TV that people also use to watch shows together. The courtyard is very beautiful and has a nice heated pool. There is also an nice gym on site.
